Pulled Muscle?
Tuesday, July 1. Muscle pull (?) in lower right groin began aching. This caused a hard time for several weeks. I go to two coached classes a week at my gym, and after class is over, and I've finished my cardio, I go over to the weighted machine side. I had used this ab machine several times, and I guess I figured I was ready for the next higher weight. I think I moved wrong, didn't feel anything at the time, but the next afternoon/evening - wow! Of course I didn't do anything about it. (It'll get better...)
